We come together to meditate and share the practices of mindful living. Our practice is rooted in the Plum Village tradition as established by Thich Nhat Hanh, Buddhist monk, Zen Master, and peace activist.  Mindfulness may be described as one’s capacity to be truly present in our own lives, to be more fully aware of what we are doing as we are doing it.  We practice mindfulness in the spirit of self-care and core happiness. Development and participation in a more compassionate society is central to our mission as well.
